We request all participants to keep the following instructions in mind as you attend the webinar, so as to create a smooth and pleasant experience for all.
1. The webinar will be held on the Zoom platform. Participants are requested to install Zoom on their preferred device prior to the session. The Zoom link will be shared only with those who have registered for the Conclave. (Please remember to register after you have purchased a ticket).
2. We request all non-presenting participants to keep your microphones muted and videos switched off. This is to enable a smooth and un-interrupted webinar.
3. We will be having sign language interpreters to aid participants who might require the interpretation. There will be 3 interpreters for this webinar. The interpretation will be done in Indian Sign Language (ISL). There will be a change of interpreters every 15 minutes to half an hour. In order to have a smooth viewing experience, the active interpreter will be spotlighted, i.e., their videos will be pinned on top.
4. During the Q&A sessions you can post your questions to the speaker in the chat-box and it will be addressed by the speaker. In case you are participant who might face difficulties posting the question on chat, please switch on your video and our team will unmute you to take your question.
5. If a deaf participant needs to ask a question, he/she can put their video on to sign the question and the interpreter shall voice it. There might be a delay of a few seconds in that.
